1. Refunds
• All service purchases are final once payment is completed
• Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds after service initiation

2. Cancellation
• You may request to cancel scheduled services at least 48 hours before the service date
• Cancelations made within 48 hours may not be eligible for refunds

3. Exceptions
Exceptions may be made at our discretion in rare cases such as documented technical issues.
