2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
- The service has not yet been started
- The client cancels within 24 hours of payment
- Duplicate or accidental payment
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Work has already been initiated or completed
- Dissatisfaction due to expected results not being achieved
- Delay caused by lack of client communication or missing inputs
- Change of mind after project initiation
3. Cancellation Policy

- If work has already started, cancellation will not result in a refund

- Not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us first
- To allow us reasonable time to resolve any issues
